Before joining ShorePoint Advisory Group, Carolyn worked within operations at Commonwealth Financial Network. She spent the majority of her time on the Service team, working closely with advisors/staff to provide operational support. She also contributed to the operations training team, applying her experience to help train and develop team members. Through this work, she developed a deep appreciation for providing exceptional client service.

Carolyn lives in Norton, Massachusetts. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking long walks with her beagle. She also loves exploring new destinations and discovering new restaurants.
